Breathe the City! – Culture and Yoga at Carmelite Cloister

First appointment with “Breath the city”.

In occasion of the International Yoga Day, June 21 st, Pro Loco Spaccaforno in collaboration with Soham Yoga e benessere, gives the chance to take part in a cultural and wellness event.
We will walk through city streets with a tourist guide and we will practice hatha yoga and breathing techniques with Natalia Spadaro, International Sivananda Yoga teacher.

The space that will host us it’s a unique and fascinating place, the Carmelite Cloister, an enchanting late baroque complex.
This yoga experience is appropriate for everyone, also for beginners.

What do you need:
an exercise mat or a towel for the practice and a bottle of water
