From 31 May to 31 August the city of Ispica hosts the pictorial exhibition “Sicily, the Grand Tour” , a collection produced and curated by < strong> Tommaso Dragotto Foundation entrusted to the mastery of Fabrice Moireau , one of the greatest contemporary watercolorists of international fame.
The exhibition will be hosted at the Pinacoteca di Ispica , on the second floor of Palazzo Bruno Di Belmonte . The works offer a poetic, singular and almost intimist taste of the most significant places and landscapes of Sicily, from those known to the less known, the same ones told to the whole world by illustrious foreign travelers of the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries in that European phenomenon that took the name of “Grand Tour”.
The painting exhibition has already been exhibited at the Palazzo Cipolla Museum in Rome and among its visitors was the President of the Italian Republic Sergio Mattarella.
