The Villa in a beautiful Mediterranean style is immersed in an oasis of greenery among orange, lemon, pine carob, almond trees and jasmine in South-Eastern Sicily, between Ispica and Pozzallo. Ideal for those who want to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and want to enjoy its fresh scents.
Born from the professionalism of its owner, Architect Francesco Caruso, the villa is a short way from the sea and various places of interest, among which stand out not only baroque cities where stone worked by local craftsmen is the protagonist, but also, prehistoric, archaeological and naturalist sites.

Rooms

The villa offers comfortably furnished rooms, with garden view and equipped with telephone, TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi connection and all with private bathroom. Depending on availability and on request we can add an extra bed or camping cot.
The structure also has a large indoor car parking to keep safely our guests' cars.

Pool, tennis court, ping pong

For leisure, guests have an outdoor swimming pool with hydromassage to enjoy cool and relaxing moments, a tennis court and a ping pong table for those who like to keep fit and spend time pleasantly inside the villa.

Meeting room & events

Ideal for spending a few hours in company, the Meeting Room accommodates you in comfortable armchairs and invites you to sip a drink while watching screenings or performing musical performances thanks to the availability of an upright piano and a string piano. Also available for business meetings, to celebrate anniversaries, birthdays or to set up banquets and events.
